The application of the mascara is incredible and you can layer it very well up to 3 times (I wouldn't go for more as that is the maximum effect I like). It usually does hold well, but it is NOT completely waterproof. If you would like something sturdy and properly waterproof, do not get this product. But for a sweaty day or humid day, this will hold well.
